Okay, I'm back from bintan on sun and I seriously miss bintan now!!!!! I simply love bintan man..I see things I don't get to see in Singapore..Their sky seemed endless..so beautiful unlike in Singapore, you only get to see 'restricted' skies because of all the tall buildings..The night sky is even better..the first time in my life, I've seen so many stars all in peculiar formations..I went to the beach too..the sea and sky combine at the horizon there..OMG~ although they don't have to state of the arts equipments, but it's still like a paradise to me!

I love their bus too..no air con one..fresh air! ( except for the part when we are behind another bus while they are starting the engine ) haha! they don't have traffic lights so the driver can change lane to the opposite path whenever they want..but I feel safe in their hands.don't know why~ The bus also very jerky and I'm super surprised I din feel motion sickness surfacing! maybe because of the fresh air..I even ate my lunch on the bus while I go up n down n left n right..when we first got on the bus..the flies inside are outnumbered by mosquitoes sia..lucky, I wore track pants.haha!

When we reached Gunung Bintan ( the mountain we climbing ) din want to go down, cause very sleepy..then Jermyn was like.." eh..the mosquitoes buffet enough liao..faster go off la! " haha =) Got off and I went to the back of the line..and ms ng was like " Ruiling..please dun stand at the back..go in front " Why girls cannot stand at the back? I just nod and continue standing where I am..then is pris turn to ask me go in front and I kept saying ok with no actions..haha! They ms ng say sam must be the last person so I went in front of him and became second last..lol~ I thought the mountain not very high but I was very wrong loh..we took 2 hours to reach the summit n throughout I was like..why I cannot see the top one arh..the thighs really ache loh..the camp guide list say need gloves and I thought got so serious meh? but when I see how steep the mountain is , I'm so glad I brought my gloves..if not sure kena rope burn..eventually I persevered to the summit with sam rooting for me behind..but I very happy I managed to get up there with minimal help although I fell once and got this big bruise on my knee area there..haha. my track pants are water proof..then all my sweat trapped inside..omg! haiz~

Then hafta descend again..spend another hour n more...when going down..I climbed with Carine and throughout Guan chiap was helping her..holding her hand..haha=) he's like.." wait wait..i change hand " Then there 's a few rocks quite slippery and I was climbing that myself..n they guys were " eh..go help ruiling leh.." and I said " aiya..by the time ur come..I already pass the rocks le" and guan chiap say.." ruiling 女强人 mah.." After the descent, my right shoe has been certified dead..sole came off, quite difficult to walk..so to prevent delaying my group I walk ahead fast..I climbed all the way down the stairs then they say want take pic..I was like" can take another time..好不容易爬下来了" they they say dun like that..and guan chiap said " wah...女强人也会累的 meh.." of course la! 女强人 also 人 mah! lol took the bus back and everyone's asleep because of the jerky movements and the tiredness because of the hike..

Day 2 : In the morning, I enjoyed the shade near the resort cause the others were doing dragon boating and James ( our instructor ) singled me out and said I scared of water right? Then I say ok loh..actually, if he forgot then I can go with them..cause they all nv go into the water entirely mah..slept for a while cause din sleep well first night.. talking about the girls quarter..wah lao eh! the bathing area is 开放式 de loh..only a few cubicles which cannot

let all use de mah..literally 坦然相见 and 回归大自然 loh..a lot of us din dare take off so I just shampoo my hair and shower my body with clothes on..then quickly go change..yuck..now i realise my bathroom is how clean le~ seriously brought out of my comfort zone..but I still love the camp! After that go lunch and play team building games! totally enjoyed =))))) Day 2 ..I cannot tahan not having a proper bath so I waited for abt an hour to bath in the cubicles which wasn't much better la..smelly..din feel like eating dinner after that..Then got the candlelight walk..sound romantic right? but it is not..just 5 ppl holding hands and walk a short path down the road with one candle and we not allowed to converse which nobody cares lah..Get to know Matthew. =) After that..watched the nicks story: no arms, no legs, no worries video again but different section I guessed..very sleepy so din pay much attention.Day 2 slept better..

Day 3: Take the bus to the villagers' area to do cip by helping them paint the houses..their house really very basic only and is like a wooden shack with LOTS of ants..I wonder how they live happily there..there were cute puppies and kittens there~=) We were painting and the elder child came back and he was like " eh..wad is this.." and he very quickly put his hand on the paint and we all was..no!!!! but too late le..haha..the mother quickly pull him in the house and help wipe the paint away..if is singapore kid..confirm very 心疼 and quickly go use clean water n tiner to clean off the paint from precious hand..After that go wash hands..took water from their well and the water I heard was their drinking n washing water and I see the water not very clean leh..singapore got clean water supplied, we really very fortunate..

After that take the boat to the mangrove area..the engine damn noisy and very polluting also..
Before that..our principal came together with the indonesia tv crew sia...then video her saying sth and we have to stand behind her with the saplings as background..james was asking me to continue walking but stopped by another instructor and I was like no where to go..haha. so fake loh..mdm koh gg around to ask we need sapling a not when we obviously need with the man filming behind..Anyway, I'm wearing my dead shoe cause I've decided to use it one more time b4 throwing it away..the mangrove area de water very clear and refreshing..we wore the life jackets and the water level was around my waistline bah and too deep cnt use hand to dig hole to put the sapling so we use shoe and I can only rely on my left shoe..haha..kept feeling that the right show coming off..haha! After a while have to go back cause we behind schedule? In order to climb up the boat, we have to stand on others thigh and I'm very unwilling cause I know I very heavy.but still have to la~travel back to resort again on the lovely bus. Then play amazing race with wet clothes on..on the bus..another instructor was like..."eh, i can see ur toes..ur shoe talking sia.." Damn lame right..i guess u have to be lame to be instructor..haha no offence. our instructor is only 4 yrs older than us..in poly now.

That day,anyhow bath cause next day going back home le so din care much..had gala dinner and our wave being the earliest get to use the table! After that campfire..which ended abruptly because of the sudden downpour..cryz. we cnt sleep in tents so packed all our belongings to sleep in resort..u tik gd arh? of coz not! dunno how many of us have to use in one room, although got air con but the weather sop cold..air con only makes it more unbearable..At night..stomachache and super cold..so around 3 am go lobby to use toilet..haha!I was like blur blur then we i go out of toilet.the male instructors were changing and he was like " eh!" and quickly turn away while he continue to tie his pants and I was.." er..." and I also quickly turn to wash hands..nowadays, I keep entering this kind of situation sia~ After I went up and took off nmy shoes and abt to enter..I realise sth..I left my torchlight in the toilet..that torchlight is not mine so I quickly rush down just in time to stop the instructor to go in n bath..phew! finally..can go back sleep and wake up by 5am..

Day 4: Heard from others that a lot ppl got diarrha because of the gala dinner..lol but I tik is because 3 days nv shit so accumulated a lot n cnt hold le..haha! cleaned our quarters and took the bus to ferry terminal and ferried back to Singapore =( I dun want come back...I miss the skies and stars!

I think u guys will take half an hour to finish reading..in all..the camp was unexpected fun! Still got lots more fun things but cnt all write..but its all in my head forever~
